How this site makes money

You never pay us anything, at any stage.

When you send a request, it goes to a licensed local builder. If you and that builder sign a contract for your project, the builder pays Compass Camper LLC a referral fee. That fee is a matter between the builder and us; you are not a party to it and you are never billed for it.

We do not sell your information to a list, and one request goes to one builder. We do not rank builders, publish reviews of them, or claim to have screened them beyond the objective requirements on the about page: a current Alabama home builder license, insurance, a written estimate and a written contract.

The county permit, septic and license information on this site is free to read and stays free whether or not you ever send a request.
